There are so many ways to be involved in Ensign PTA, whether you are contributing time or money.  Find an opportunity that fits your interests, budget, and schedule!  ​

• Join one of our action committees:

• Building Community (led by Kyanne Gochnour & Sabrina Brian) - Hosts family events including Fall Bash, Talent Show, and Gallery Stroll​

• Academic Enrichment (led by Harry Fishleigh) - Collaborates with faculty to enhance our students' art and science opportunities. Current activities:

  • Funding K-4 Music Instruction

  • Providing weekly dance integration with University of Utah Tanner Dance

  • Hosting the annual Ensign Elementary STEAM Fair 

  • Facilitating Junior Achievement and BizTown participation

  • Providing supplies for Ensign's Visual Arts program​​

• Supporting Teachers (led by Katie Davis) - Organizes periodic gifts and meals that communicate our appreciation of all Ensign staff, and supports teacher equipment and funding requests on an ongoing basis.

• Fundraising (led by Lisa Mangiapani) - Assist with Fall Fundraiser & Pumpkin Smash, our NEW Color Run, community sponsorships, and various community spirit nights throughout the year.

• Class Coordinators (led by Caroline Ingraham and Stephanie King) - Work with your child's teacher to support learning in the classroom environment and beyond!

 

• Join the Ensign Elementary PTA Facebook group to see posts about current volunteer needs.  

 

• Attend monthly PTA Board meetings. 

 

• Donate money to help support classrooms and PTA activities!
